Yes. Free workspaces allow 1,000 API calls a month and Team workspaces 100,000. Records are read in pages of up to 100, and schema and comment requests also count. Other integrations share the same allowance, so a large base may need a less frequent schedule.
No. Filament syncs the current state of each record. Deleted records and cleared cells disappear on the next refresh.
No. Filament only needs read access to your bases. It does not write to Airtable or add webhooks.
